You will take ownership of complex projects and turn customer requirements into high‑quality, on‑time deliveries. You will work closely with colleagues, partners, and customers across regions. By keeping cost, quality, and timing in balance, you help ensure our customers receive solutions they can trust.

- Lead project execution for customer‑specific VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) cabinet projects from handover to final delivery
- Working closely with our Solution Managers who design the specific cabinet solutions
- Coordinating stakeholders as main point of contact across sales, order handling, factories, suppliers, service teams and cabinet‑building partners
- Manage project costs, schedules, and milestones, with a strong focus on on‑time delivery
- Coordinate start-up activities, commissioning, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) together with the responsible service organization
What We're Looking For
- An academic degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification
- Knowledge of low‑voltage directives and cabinet‑building standards
- Experience with frequency inverters and motor technologies
- Project management experience, ideally in an international or customer‑specific environment
- A structured, detail‑focused team player who values quality and collaboration
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German skills are a plus
