The Impact You'll Make

•    Daily responsible for building related projects implementation, communicating and coordinating with different stakeholders and authority on a mixed technical/commercial level;
•    Be responsible for following up project time schedule and quality achievement, typical activities include schedule review and comments, site check, deviations reporting, etc.;
•    Manage project scope from initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring to close-out;
•    Review related contracts’ technical items to ensure right quality and reasonable cost;
•    Be responsible for project related authority approval handling and ensure projects are approved by what it needs;
•    Ensure the project’s payment and contract filing;
•    Report the project performance and status to project steering committee & management team about Project quality, time and cost control;
•    Project risk management;
•    Facility & Building maintenance & management after project finished.

What We're Looking For

•    Engineering background, HVAC or Electrical major, Bachelor degree or Above
•    With 10 year+ project management experience related to new building construction projects or PMC roles
•    A set of technical skills (HVAC, Civil, Electric…etc) and qualification/experience on how to design and implement a future FM operational setup
•    Familiar with building and life safety codes
•    Experience selecting and managing vendor and contracts
•    Strong Project Management skill, good coordination and communication ability with different levels of whole organization in international environment 
•    Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadline in timely manner
•    A strong personality and leadership skill, Drive and Demanding with good coordination & cooperative capacity
