Travel: Occasional travel required
In this role, you will shape how thousands of employees across the Americas experience HR systems and digital tools. You’ll lead projects that bring global HR technologies into regional practice, improving usability, efficiency, and alignment across countries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead HR technology implementation projects across the Americas to deliver user‑focused solutions on time and with high quality.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to translate needs into effective system configurations and successful deployments.
- Map and refine HR processes so digital tools are integrated, intuitive, and support efficient ways of working.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and strong engagement with new HR technologies.
- Monitor progress, risks, and outcomes to keep stakeholders aligned and ensure successful delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing HR technology or HRIS implementation projects in a multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of HR processes such as talent, payroll, or employee data management.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
