The Impact You'll Make
Danfoss is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Fluid Conveyance division, the fastest-growing segment of our business. In this key role, your initial focus will be on a critical, high-visibility initiative: leading a global project to extend payment terms and significantly improve our 2026 cash flow. This is your chance to make an immediate impact, build relationships with key suppliers and internal teams, and pave the way for future leadership on a variety of strategic procurement and supply chain projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a High-Priority Global Project: You will own and execute a crucial payment terms extension project from start to finish, collaborating with teams across the globe to achieve significant financial results.
- Drive Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain colleagues at both the divisional and plant levels to align on goals and drive improvements across the organization.
- Build Key Relationships: Use your strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring project success and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Deliver Tangible Results: Become an integral member of a fast-paced and results-oriented team, where your work directly contributes to our division's success and ongoing operational excellence.
- Expand Your Influence: While your initial focus will be on the 2026 cash flow initiative, you will have the opportunity to take on additional project management work across a range of procurement and supply chain challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within a supply chain or procurement environment.
- A strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, global setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and SAP is essential for success in this role.
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is highly preferred.

- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
