What You’ll Be Doing
1. Meet/exceed annual sales targets, pipeline targets, and performance KPIs.
2. Develop relationships with new and potential customer and stakeholders: End users, Design institues, Contractors/System integrators, OEMs etc. in the assigned territory/vertical.
3. Sales channel development and management: Improve existing channel sales capabilities, develop new channels to increase project coverage rate in addressed region or vertical, to make sure channel sales growth.
4. Promote Danfoss to end uers and design institues through uncovering customer needs, and delivering value proposition, so as to get Danfoss shortlisted in vender list and spec. in Danfoss product/solution in the early stage of the project.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer especially key end users, to get sustained growth and ensure the SOW in KA.
6. Implement the sales strategy in hotspot marketing to result in a robust sales growth in focused key industry.
7. Develop, qualify, follow up sales opportunities; managing leads, opportunities in the salesforce/CRM system, to keep transparencey in sales process.
8. Build and maintain high-quality internal relationships across the organization, work effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver best customer experience.
9. Collect market, customer and competitive insights and share to the stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
1. Bachelor degree or above major in building environment and equipment engineering, energy engineering, mechanical, electric engineering, industry automation
2. Have at least 5 years sales or BD experience in the HVAC, industriual, heating or relevant field
3. Excellent sales skill, Driven by results
4. Initiative and strong motivation, communication skill, teamwork spirit
5. Can work under pressure and frequent business travel
6. Priority: have knowledge and experience in design institues or related HVAC, HEX and Industry KA
