The Impact You'll Make

 

As a Project Coordinator at Danfoss, you will play an essential role in customer service and product support. This role involves handling critical quality issues and product recalls. You will act in support of the Quality Business Unit (BU) and customers, coordinating activities to contain quality problems at the customer's facilities, in addition to managing the forecasted expenses related to these actions. Furthermore, you will ensure transparency in warranty data among Customer Claims Management, Best Customer Connect (BCC), and the Business Units. Good communication skills in English and knowledge of SAP are essential for this position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Organize, coordinate, and provide support on high-impact quality issues that may lead to product recalls, field rework, or containment actions at the customer's site.
  • Investigate, define, monitor, and publish warranty reports that facilitate decision-making.
  • Analyze, collect, and develop expense models related to critical quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with the Business Unit (BU) Quality, Engineering, Sales, service partners and global customers via email, phone, or video to report significant quality issues.
  • Prepare customer communications in the form of Quality Information Bulletins, disclosing relevant issues or recalls.
  • Support claims administration activities from creation to closure, providing timely feedback and resolution to the customers on open issues. 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Quality Management.
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in customer claims administration
