Danfoss Climate Solutions is currently seeking a Purchasing specialist to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you’ll not only manage daily operations but also bring a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll work closely with our suppliers to ensure the right products are available at the right time, and that every purchasing decision aligns with actual business needs. 


You’ll analyze current demands, plan activities to avoid bottlenecks, and help keep the supply chain running smoothly and efficiently. With tools like SAP and other digital systems, you’ll turn tactical planning data and numbers into execution. 

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Maintain and create accurate purchasing master data to support reliable and timely inbound materials.
•    Plan material needs proactively using forecasts and demand trends to avoid bottlenecks.
•    Release and monitor purchasing documents to secure product availability for customer orders.
•    Investigate discrepancies such as blocked invoices, collaborating with suppliers and warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly.
•    Connect with cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth execution of supply and inventory plans.

What We're Looking For

•    Experience or strong motivation to grow within purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
•    Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with data.
•    Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal partners.
•    Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
•    Fluent English (written and spoken).
