You will be a key link between suppliers, production, sales, and logistics turning forecasts into on-time material deliveries. Your work directly supports smooth manufacturing and stable customer supply.

This is an on-site job, open in our plant in Vrbové (Piešťany district), Slovakia

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure availability of direct materials, balancing demand from production with reliable purchasing and stock management.
  • Create, send, and track purchase orders while monitoring prices, delivery dates, and quantities in line with production needs.
  • Plan and control inventory levels, including min/max settings, regular stock checks, and physical inventories.
  • Prepare forecasts and purchasing overviews, using sales and logistics inputs to support suppliers and internal planning.
  • Collaborate across teams and with suppliers to resolve delivery, quantity, or quality issues and keep operations on track.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in purchasing, supply planning, or material administration, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong system and data skills, including SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel.
  • Advanced English for daily communication; German is a plus.
  • A structured, reliable working style, with the ability to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and collaborate across teams.
