We now have an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer, Customer Quality, to ensure the delivery of optimal quality solutions from the end-user perspective. As a key player in our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will engage with various departments across the organization and external stakeholders. As a key part in our team of dedicated quality professionals, you will manage non-conformance issues and champion a quality-first mindset. Your role will be crucial in embedding quality into our products and processes.
This role will be based from our main site in Nordborg, Denmark.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Quality Engineer, you will be the advocate for our customers, coaching and developing our factory teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your mission is to enhance customer confidence by ensuring the quality of future products and processes within Valve and Pump Solutions (VPS) and Connect and Control Solutions (CCS), focusing on the effective use of quality core tools. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer quality claims in collaboration with local and global cross-functional teams
- Facilitating the Corrective Action Preventive Action Process as part of product return investigation
- Supporting the use of quality core tools (FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D).
- Auditing products and processes in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 standards.
What We're Looking For
We would expecyt you to hold a degree in manufacturing management, electronics, mechanical engineering or similar fields, and be able to demonstrate significant hands-on experience within quality roles.
Other essential skills and qualifications include:
- Advanced knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Danish is not a must but an advantage.
On a personal level, you possess strong communication skills and a positive, open mindset. Your proactive nature and keen perception enable you to foster excellent team dynamics and build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds. You are a self-starter, taking initiative in setting goals and pursuing necessary actions.
