The Impact You'll Make

As our Quality Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products and manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. By driving continuous improvement, resolving quality issues, and supporting robust quality systems, you will help deliver reliable products that meet customer expectations and industry requirements.

You'll collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams while taking ownership of quality improvement activities and compliance processes, helping us build a more efficient, reliable, and customer-focused future.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead quality improvement activities and drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance product and process performance.
  • Support manufacturing, suppliers, and customers by investigating quality issues and resolving non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality processes, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics, maintain quality documentation, and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Share knowledge and promote quality awareness to support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, and MSA, as well as quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and quality performance measurement, with the ability to drive effective problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, suppliers, and customers in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent Slovak and English, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
