As our Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in being a trusted partner across customer, supplier, and factory quality topics. Working closely with the local Quality team in Monterrey as well as with the colleagues in Europe and China
Your impact? Help ensure robust quality standards while supporting the ramp-up and continuous improvement of our sensor manufacturing operations.
You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a key interface for customer quality, supporting product qualifications (APQP/PPAP), managing complaints, and coordinating customer visits and audits
- Resolve production and supplier-related non-conformities, focusing on early risk detection and sustainable mitigation
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Support the qualification and ramp-up of new manufacturing equipment, including acceptance tests and pilot production
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally with electric, electronic, or mechatronic products
- Strong expertise in quality management, including ISO 9001 and quality core tools (IATF 16949), with hands-on experience in 8D problem solving
- Excellent English communication skills
