The Impact You'll Make

As our Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role as member of Quality Unit Management. This role will be responsible for developing and managing quality assurance according to company requirements which will ensure the process capability and product quality in factory. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with cross functional team to drive FMEA, CP and SOP update during prevent actions
• Optimize current processes/documents according to IATF16949/ISO9001 requirements and Danfoss Business
• Production quality daily monitoring and support
• Lead process quality KPIs monitor and continuous improve
• Support to continuous improve the customer complaints
• Contribute on comps and parts localization projects as quality active manager
• Support the other operational projects if needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of Bachlor Degree in engineering or quality management background, with 3+ years working experience on quality function, familar with total quality management and IATF core tools(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Be capable of independently conducting quality failure analysis, identifying the root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
• Logical and clear, possessing systematic thinking and the ability to withstand pressure.
• English can be used as working language.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to predict risks.
