What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure to follow the NPD process and PPAP process for new product/process/option release. And responsible for creating initial inspection plans.
  • Work out inspection plan to monitor supplier and internal process quality.
  • Review and audit supplier and incoming room measurement method.
  • Ensure process is followed and quality tools are used with respect to overall change management process. And responsible for PPAP review and approval.
  • Ensure the process is followed, Support and ensure that labeling, containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions are implemented, verified and validated (8D)(Regarding supplier issues, implement until D3).
  • Facilitate in the continuous Improvement process/project to support the execution of quality related TIP projects to achieve the KPI targets.
  • Workout procedure/Sop to improve quality management.
  • Facilitate Problem solving to ensure customer is satisfied with proper lead times and quality of response.
  • Ensure quality systems and standards are in place and make sure they are followed. Ensure quality tools(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CPK, MSA) are well deployed in production process.
  • Create audit checklists, conduct/Facilitate auditors to follow the audit process and ensure audit findings closed in time.
  • Conduct quality awareness/tools/procedure training to White/Blue colors.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree qualified in a relevant manufacturing, engineering or other industrial discipline           
  • 4 years min as a fully educated quality engineer or above in an ISO or TS approved electronical manufacturing company,Priority in automative industry.second in machinery industry or electronic industry.
  • Trained quality auditor with experience of internal and external audits.Priority are IATF16949 auditor and VDA6.3 auditor.
  • Strong working knowledge and formally trained in PFMEA, Control Plans, Cap Studies & 8Ds.
  • Good problem solving skills applying standard quality tools.
  • Strong working passion and positive with ownership and take over high pressure working load.
