At Danfoss Climate Solutions, Turbocor division in Nordborg, you will join a fast-evolving industrial manufacturing environment where precision, reliability, and continuous improvement are essential to product performance and operational success.
In this role, quality is not limited to compliance, it is embedded in daily production activities, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as a key reference point for quality systems within Turbocor operations, combining technical rigor, structured problem solving, and a strong hands-on presence on the shop floor.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), aligned with ISO 9001 and relevant ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards
- Monitor, analyze, and report manufacturing process performance using data-driven methods and KPI tracking
- Lead structured root cause analysis (RCA, 8D) and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with quality requirements
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and process stability
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or similar manufacturing quality roles
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards
- Hands-on experience with RCA, 8D, CAPA, PPAP, and FMEA
- Fluent in Danish and English (mandatory)
