Danfoss is currently hiring a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team at our Shawnee, OK location. We are looking for an engineering student who is eager to apply their skills to real-world challenges. In this role, you will work to identify the root causes of defects, implement process improvements, and see your work translate into reduced scrap and increased efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct root cause analysis on production defects (8D, Fishbone).

Implement corrective actions with manufacturing and supplier teams.

Analyze quality data to drive improvements.

Support projects to reduce defects and cycle time.

Document and standardize quality processes.

Observe and improve processes on the factory floor.
What We're Looking For

Pursuing an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Interest in manufacturing and quality.

Proficient in Excel or data analysis.

Clear and effective communicator.
