You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams, acting as a change agent who inspires new ways of thinking, challenges the status quo, and helps create a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

- Coach and engage colleagues in continuous improvement practices, building organizational capability and a culture of ownership and learning.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, process stability, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For

- Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to turn data into practical improvement actions.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with a passion for coaching others and driving positive change.
What You'll Get from Us
- A unique opportunity to shape how quality and problem solving are approached across the site—not just improve processes, but influence culture.
- The freedom to challenge existing ways of working and introduce new ideas that create lasting business impact.
- High visibility across the organization, working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams on strategic improvement initiatives.
- The chance to build organizational capability by helping teams develop stronger problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
- An international environment where your ideas, curiosity, and initiative will directly contribute to delivering the quality our customers expect.
