The Impact You'll Make

Join Danfoss Power Solutions as a Quality Technician for Electronics Failure Analysis!

You will play a critical role in ensuring that complex electronic products perform reliably in real customer applications. By identifying failure mechanisms and driving corrective actions, you directly protect product quality and customer trust.

Working on-site in Nordborg within Danfoss Power Solutions – Connect & Control Solutions (CCS), you will act as a technical expert in failure analysis, translating field and production issues into clear insights that guide engineering and manufacturing decisions.

Your work will help teams learn from defects at component and circuit level, strengthening designs, processes, and long-term product performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze returned and non-conforming products using hands-on circuit diagnostics to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
  • Perform detailed root cause investigations at component and PCB level to define effective corrective actions
  • Recreate and isolate intermittent or hard-to-reproduce failures using advanced lab techniques and test setups
  • Evaluate customer use cases and environments to determine external factors influencing product behavior
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to engineering, production, and quality teams to drive design and process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience with electronic circuit analysis (analog and digital) and structured root cause methodologies in a production or failure analysis environment
  • Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and assessing electronic assemblies down to component level
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation, and navigate CAD tools such as PADS
  • Practical experience with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies) to diagnose complex failures
  • High level of precision, with the ability to systematically investigate issues, document findings, and collaborate across functions
  • Very good Danish and English language skills
