As our Quality Trainee, you’ll support the Danfoss Sofia Quality Department by helping ensure smooth daily operations and strong quality foundations. Your contribution will allow experienced Quality Engineers to focus on high-value activities such as problem solving, process improvements, and technical support. At the same time, you’ll gain hands-on experience and become part of strategic insourcing projects that are shaping the future of our Sofia site.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting quality engineers with documentation, reporting, and audit preparation
- Assisting in maintaining and improving quality records and processes
- Helping prepare data and materials for internal and external audits
- Supporting ongoing quality and insourcing projects at the Sofia location
- Learning Danfoss quality standards, tools, and ways of working in practice
What We're Looking For
- A student or recent graduate interested in quality, engineering, or manufacturing
- A structured and detail-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for tasks
- Basic knowledge of quality or production processes is an advantage, but not required
- Good communication skills and motivation to work in a team environment
