The Impact You'll Make

 

As our Quality Technician, you’ll play a key role in building a culture of quality at Danfoss’ new Sensor Factory in Sofia. By ensuring reliable inspections, testing, and product analysis, you will help establish robust quality processes from the very beginning and support the successful launch of our new production site.


Your impact? You will contribute to delivering high-quality sensor solutions by identifying quality issues early, supporting production teams with technical expertise, and continuously improving testing and inspection processes.


Working closely with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Process teams, you’ll help create a strong foundation for our new Inspection Center serving the European market.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

•    Perform product inspections, quality controls, and incoming material verification to ensure compliance with quality standards. 
•    Analyze returned products, investigate quality issues, and support root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods. 
•    Prepare and execute laboratory tests, collect test data, and maintain testing equipment and calibration standards. 
•    Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product validation, process improvements, and new production activities. 
•    Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of inspection and laboratory processes at our new Sensor Factory. 

What We're Looking For

 

•    Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 
•    Experience in a quality, laboratory, manufacturing, or technical support role within an industrial environment. 
•    Hands-on experience with electrical measuring equipment and an understanding of sensors, electronic assemblies (PCBAs), or similar products. 
•    Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, 8D); SAP experience is an advantage. 
•    Good English communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to work.
