We have an immediate opportunity for a RD&E intern to join us at our diverse team.
As an RD&E Intern at Danfoss, you will play a key role in supporting various process optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the department. You will collaborate on the development of RD&E projects, contributing to innovative solutions and advancements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Assist in the development and management of Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Drive design changes and facilitate cross-functional collaborations.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers on diverse RD&E projects.
What We're Looking For

Education :
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, engineering or a related specialty (5th semester and above).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps (Basic)).
- Proficiency in CAD design software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, CREO, AutoCAD.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English at an advanced level (oral, written, and spoken).
- Availability to complete professional internships during the morning shift
