The Impact You'll Make

 

As our Rebate POS Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely Point of Sale (POS) rebate administration for our North America Distribution partners.

You'll help customers receive seamless support, enable efficient rebate processing, and ensure high-quality data that supports pricing excellence across Danfoss Power Solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with Regional Distribution Teams, Account Managers, Pricing Specialists, and global colleagues while taking ownership of POS administration, customer support, reporting, and continuous process improvements that help us operate more efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for North American distribution partners, managing POS submissions, support requests, and rebate processing inquiries.
  • Administer the POS rebate process, including customer onboarding, user creation and maintenance, manual data uploads, file updates, and ensuring compliance with standard work processes.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Pricing Specialists, and customers to resolve escalations, troubleshoot submission issues, and deliver timely, high-quality customer support.
  • Monitor POS submission status, generate reports, identify missing submissions, and maintain accurate rebate data to support business operations.
  • Support ongoing digital transformation initiatives by participating in testing of new rebate solutions, training users, and contributing to continuous process improvements

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Experience working with data and business systems, with strong Microsoft Excel skills; exposure to SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly learn business processes, digital platforms, and standard operating procedures while managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • A collaborative, quality-focused, and problem-solving mindset with the confidence to work across global teams and deliver results in a dynamic international environment.
  • This position supports customers across North America and therefore follows a 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST work schedule.
