You play a vital role in keeping our operations moving. As a Receiving Coordinator, you ensure materials arrive on time, in the right condition, and are ready to support production without delay.


Your work directly impacts inventory accuracy, production flow, and supplier collaboration. By catching issues early and keeping everything organized, you help prevent disruptions and enable teams across the site to succeed.


This is a hands-on, on-site role where your attention to detail and ownership make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Coordinate and receive inbound shipments so materials are available when operations need them

  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability

  • Enter received materials into the ERP system and flag discrepancies for fast resolution

  • Inspect incoming goods for damage or quality issues and communicate with vendors and internal teams

  • Maintain a safe, organized receiving area that supports efficient material flow

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations

  • Ability to work with inventory or ERP systems (SAP or similar)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

  • Forklift certification preferred (or willing to get certified) and comfort working in a warehouse environment
