What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze rotordynamic behavior using modeling and simulation tools to support compressor performance and reliability
- Conduct vibration testing and modal analysis to validate prototypes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain engineering documentation to clearly communicate test results and insights
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of vibration or structural challenges
- Support prototype builds and validation testing to bring new designs from concept to reality
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently completed a Masters Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace or Aero-Thermal Engineering or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of vibration analysis, rotordynamics, or mechanical design through coursework or projects
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, CATIA) and basic engineering analysis methods
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in a hands-on environment
- Strong organization skills and a self-motivated approach to problem-solving
