As our SIOP Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and ensuring operational material planning and execution for our Condensing Unit manufacturing sites at Danfoss.
In close alignment with the Site Operations Leader, you will connect demand planning with relevant stakeholders and transform approved forecasts into operational production plans based on capacity and material availability.
Your impact? You will enable a smooth production flow, optimize inventory levels, and ensure on-time delivery performance from critical suppliers — helping us achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, taking ownership of planning processes, capacity alignment, and inventory management, moving us toward a more efficient, transparent, and sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the SIOP cycle for assigned factories, converting demand plans into operational production plans.
- Support monthly demand planning and forecast disaggregation to operational and finished goods level.
- Drive capacity planning to align supply with demand, providing input for labor and equipment requirements for mid- and long-term planning.
- Participate in NPD/EPD projects, leading supply chain planning with strong phase-in/phase-out strategies.
- Support inbound inventory management, including safety stock review and replenishment methods.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Commerce/Business Administration with 6–8 years of supply chain planning and inventory management experience in an industrial environment.
- Understanding of procurement and logistics processes, with experience securing materials for production operations.
- Strong analytical skills to work with large, complex datasets and interpret data for supply chain decision-making.
- Excellent English communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP APO, SAP BI.
