The Impact You'll Make

 

SIOP Planner work closely with SIOP Managers to execute plans and processes that ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Forecasting & Planning: Analyze demand, assist in supply planning, and create production schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to meet demand while minimizing costs.
  • Data & Reporting: Track sales, production, and inventory trends, providing key insights.
  • Coordination: Communicate with CSC, production, and logistics for smooth operations.
  • Process Support: Assist in SIOP meetings and new product launches.
  • Problem Solving & Improvement: Address supply chain issues and suggest improvements.
  • Technology & Tools: Use SAP PP, MM, and other planning software.
  • Flexible Support: Available as needed, including occasional weekend support.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 6-10 years of manufacturing experience (Automotive or EMS preferred)
  • SAP PP, MM expertise
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
