As a Sales & Application Engineering Trainee, you’ll be part of a 12~15 month program designed to develop future leaders in technical sales and customer solutions.
You’ll gain hands-on experience and structured learning, helping Danfoss create value for customers and build strong, long-term partnerships in the market—both locally and across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Start with local onboarding, followed by a two-week training program in Denmark for an in-depth introduction to our business, products, and work methods.
- Learn Danfoss sales processes—including value selling, customer influence, and sales tools.
- Shadow experienced colleagues in the field to gain practical insights.
- Rotate through key sales and support functions for broad exposure.
- Take on regional business development responsibilities across front-end and back-end activities.
- Gradually take ownership of your own customers or technical projects as you progress.
- Work closely with local and global mentors, receiving continuous career coaching and feedback.
- Support global partnership initiatives within the region.
