As our Sales Administration Analyst , you’ll play a key role to support our industrial customers, structured OEMs, and partners in Latin America. In this role, you will ensure that all customer needs are met, contributing to an excellent customer experience while ensuring to also deliver a positive impact on the process and the business.

You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Management and control of Sales orders.
- Perform analysis with the planning team to contribute to the management of backorder items.
- Customer Service Support by telephone and email (CRM System).
- Prices/Commissions/Rebates administration tasks on SAP System.
- Support for representatives, distributors, and salesman.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge on SAP, SalesForce or similar systems (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Spanish [written/conversation].
- Basic communication skills in English [written/conversation].
- Customer-oriented, innovative, collaborative team.
