As a Sales Coordinator – EMEA, you play a key role in keeping our global sales organization running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is based in Nordborg and is primarily on-site, working closely with our local team while supporting the EMEA Sales organization.
By coordinating people, data, and activities, you enable our sales leaders to focus on what matters most: building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
You create clarity and momentum across teams. Well-prepared meetings, smooth customer interactions, and reliable insights start with you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate customer visits, events, and internal meetings to ensure professional end-to-end execution

Prepare meetings and follow up on actions, enabling confident and timely decision-making

Maintain and develop sales dashboards and reports, turning CRM data into actionable insights

Provide day-to-day coordination support (calendar, travel, communication) to keep operations running smoothly

Support sales projects and trainee development, contributing to team performance and growth
What We're Looking For

Experience in a commercial, sales, or marketing support role within an international environment

Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confidence working with SAP, CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data

Clear and professional communication skills in Danish and English

A proactive, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
