Join Danfoss Power Solutions' division Danfoss Editron as a Sales Development Manager (m/f/d) for Off-Highway Electrification in EMEA!
In this role, you will help shape how industries transition toward cleaner, smarter technologies. Your work will focus on building new customer relationships and unlocking opportunities that accelerate electrification especially in the off-highway industry. You will be a key contributor to expanding Danfoss Editron’s presence by identifying where our solutions can create real value for customers. With your curiosity and commercial mindset, you will open new doors and contribute to sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving market.

We offer a flexible work setup, with the possibility to be based at one of our locations in Germany, Netherlands, Finland or Scandinavia including hybrid or home-office options depending on location.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across your region to grow electrification sales and build a strong pipeline
- Build trusted customer relationships through visits, events, and ongoing dialogue to understand needs and create long-term value
- Expand distribution and partner networks by selecting and onboarding the right sales channels to increase market reach
- Collaborate across teams to translate customer insights into product improvements and future solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM to support transparent, data-driven decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, with a focus on building relationships and generating new opportunities
- Exposure to off-highway equipment, commercial vehicles, or related industries
- Great communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Comfort working in an international environment with fluency in English
- Willingness to travel (~50%) and a valid driver’s license
