At Danfoss, you will help shape a more sustainable and energy-efficient future by driving adoption of advanced drive and automation solutions across Türkiye. As part of our Drives segment, your work will directly support industries in reducing energy consumption and improving performance.
In this role, you will expand Danfoss’ market presence by building strong partnerships and delivering high-value solutions to customers in key industries such as, Water & Waste Water, Food & Beverage, Industrial Machinery, and manufacturing industries. You will play a central role in identifying opportunities, influencing projects, and enabling partners to succeed.
Working closely with internal teams and reporting to the Partner & Area Sales Channel Manager, you will connect customer needs with innovative solutions—making a real impact on business growth and proactively identify new customers, applications, and project opportunities to accelerate regional growth.
The position can be based in Istanbul, Bursa, or Izmir, Türkiye, and will report to the Partner & Area Sales Channel Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with partners,system integrators,OEMs, and end users to drive customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Grow regional sales by managing partners and engaging directly with customers to expand market share.
- Identify and develop new opportunities across industries to increase pipeline and win projects.
- Support partners in project development, quotations, and solution positioning to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience with low voltage drives, frequency converters, or industrial automation sales.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with partners and customers.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
