What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong networks with engineering consultancies, specifiers, and commercial partners to create early project opportunities
- Drive new business growth by proactively identifying and opening strategic accounts, expanding our market presence
- Influence key stakeholders early in the project cycle to position our solutions effectively and shape specifications
- Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end from initial contact through project delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Strengthen long-term partnerships and market success by presenting tailored electric heating solutions and leveraging market insights to guide decisions
What We're Looking For
- Experience in technical sales or sales engineering, ideally within building, construction, or HVAC-related markets
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline independently
- Solid understanding of the French construction or building ecosystem
- Proficient French required and good level of English for working in an international environment
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear customer value
