This role will focus on IRF after market sales and application support.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Customer Success & Technical Support
Deliver professional after-sales service, ensuring smooth operation of industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites.
Respond to customer issues with efficient troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of mechanical, electrical, and control-related problems.
Conduct commissioning, performance checks, system tuning, and technical audits to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Provide clear service reports, recommendations, and follow-up plans that bring measurable value to customers.
• Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
Work as a technical partner to the sales team, supporting customer meetings, solution presentations, and proposal preparations.
Understand customer needs and translate them into clear technical solutions using our products and technologies.
Build strong long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and value-driven service.
Identify service opportunities and support sales in promoting spare parts, subsystem solutions, and upgrade packages.
• Preventive Maintenance & Reliability Improvement
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system health assessments.
Recommend long-term maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and reliability improvements.
Provide customer training on system operation, safety awareness, and best practices to ensure continuous high performance.
• Subsystem Retrofit & Energy Optimization
Participate in retrofit projects, including valve station upgrades, subsystem enhancements, digital control upgrades, and energy-saving solutions.
Analyze existing refrigeration systems, evaluate performance gaps, and propose practical upgrade strategies.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of retrofit projects from planning to implementation.
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration or big size commercial refrigeration
• Solid understanding of medium to large-scale refrigeration systems, including system operation, control logic, and subsystems/components such as valves, subsystem controls.
• Experience in after-sales activities or technical support sales is a strong plus
• College degree or above in Refrigeration Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines
• English reading and writing skills required
