What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Execution:Implement data center vertical sales plans to meet or exceed sales revenue objectives, including market penetration and new customers and channel parterners acquisition.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics , analyze sales performance data with using sales tools, and adjust sales plan to optimize results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers including projects sales partner and OEM customers, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Price Managerment: Enforce pricing stategies aligned with comany guidelines, ensuring competitive while maintaining profitability
- Customer Analysis & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, analyze customer needs and trends, and develop strategies to expand regional market share.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align and excute sales initiatives with company goals.
What We're Looking For
- Above 5 years sales experience in HVAC industry, Data center business experience is valuable
- Practical technical experience, prefer the experience on valves, pumps or similar commponents sales
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HVAC or electric and automation engineering
- Team work with cross function team member and be proactive and patient in the daily work
- Willing to learn and study new skill/knowledge. Be curious in new technology/application
- Good at technical English
