As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role for new business development, managing key accounts and achieving sales objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Propose individual annual goal and fulfill the goal
- Develop new business, dig out and follow up design-in and design-win projects
- Manage key accounts and maintain good customer relationship
- Report the account plan, visit report, business review report,monthly report etc.
- Cross selling of solution products
- Support marketing team for market survey and promotion plan
What We're Looking For
- University degree, major in drive technology or power electronics is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in sales, or relative working experience
- Eager to be successful, willing to take challenge with growth mindset
- Strong logic thinking ability, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good customer relationship enhancenment ability
