As our Sales Specialist-Data Center Sales based in Taiwan, you’ll play a key role in supporting our global strategy by aiding our sales team to be more effective and efficient through your process discipline and insights on improving them. You’ll also be engaging with customers as we strive to bring them value in or responses and accuracy of information.

You’ll support the global sales team, application engineering and the various business functions by helping improve our process execution and discipline by ensuring data accuracy and strengthening customer relationships through efficient coordination and collaboration. This involves coordinating customer forecasts, generating product quotations, supporting sample requests, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams. Will also maintain CRM data integrity, gather market insights and assist in processes that drive efficient and profitable sales operations
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinates customer forecasts and supports the demand planning process, ensuring accurate and timely data to drive informed sales decisions.
- Maintains CRM data integrity and leverages insights to support market intelligence, GAP analysis, and strategic sales initiatives. Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes, develop new processes to increase effieciency.
- Generates accurate product quotations in Salesforce, aligning with sales objectives and enhancing customer engagement.
- Manages sample requests and product evaluations, facilitating technical assessments and customer decision-making.
- Supports customers and the Sales Team with Quality/RMA requests and delivery expedites, ensuring seamless service and satisfaction. Collaborates with Sales and Product Management to process Part Activation, CRN, and ProTeam requests efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales, customer service, data analytics or similar experience. preferably in the data center market in some capacity
- Prior experience in SAP and Salesforce preferred.
- Experience working in a global matrixed or otherwise complex environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Demonstrates persistence, drive and takes initiative - strives to meet goals, carry out tasks and achieve results.
- Maintains a positive approach in the face of setbacks and follows through to completion. Remains calm in demanding and changing situations.
