Are you ready to be the driving force behind our sales success? Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our thriving Fluid Conveyance team in Maumee, OH. This is more than just a support role; you'll be the central hub for our Commercial Vehicle (CV) Sales team, empowering them to achieve ambitious growth, foster strong partnerships with leading OEMs, and make a real impact on our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the trusted partner to our sales team and customers. Your responsibilities will be focused on three key areas:
- Drive Sales Enablement & Customer Success:
- Craft and deliver timely and accurate product quotations, directly contributing to our sales pipeline.
- Serve as a key contact for our top OEM customers, expertly managing quality requests and expediting deliveries to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Seamlessly onboard new OEM shipping locations, helping to expand our market reach.
- Become a CRM & Data Expert:
- Champion data integrity within our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring our team has the most reliable information to make strategic decisions.
- Uncover and communicate valuable market intelligence, using data to give our sales team a competitive edge.
- Collaborate for Impact:
- Partner closely with Sales and Product Management to launch new products and manage activation requests (PPAP, CRN, ProTeam).
- Take an active role in special projects that support the sales team's strategic goals and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about contributing to a high-performing team.
- You have a knack for understanding and discussing both technical and commercial product details.
- You are a master of organization and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
- You have experience working within a CRM system (Salesforce is a plus!) and understand its power to drive sales.
- You are a natural collaborator, able to build relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.
