As our new Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling efficient and standardized project execution across global teams.

By facilitating Agile processes and aligning ways of working between factories, you will help accelerate time to market, improve collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery of projects in a complex, international environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Driving global alignment and standardization of project execution processes
• Supporting Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
• Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
• Driving continuous improvement in Agile ways of working and project delivery 

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project leadership roles
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and team engagement skills
• Experience in global process standardization and working in cross-functional environments
• Strong communication skills in English (international environment)
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude
