Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives (DPD) is looking for a Segment Finance Controller with a continous improvement mindset, to join our Segment Controlling team.
In this role, you will help secure reporting compliance across SAP/HFM processes, drive the financial planning cycle, consolidate division inputs, and deliver high‑quality controlling analysis that supports strategic decision‑making. With projects like SDN go‑live projects, you will have the opportunity to help bring reporting and controlling processes closer together and support continuous improvement across the segment.
You will be part of a team that oversees the performance and financial control of the full segment business portfolio. We are looking for a structured, solution‑oriented professional who can take ownership, maintain a holistic overview, and collaborate effectively across divisions. The position is based in Nordborg (DK) and reports to the Director of Segment Controlling.
What You’ll Be Doing

Secure reporting compliance in SAP/HFM processes

Drive and follow up on timely deliverables in the financial planning cycle

Screen division inputs and provide controlling analysis

Support preparation of financial management presentations

Strengthen alignment and standardization of controlling activities between DD and SDN

Lead ad‑hoc projects in collaboration with Corporate Finance and division controllers

Explore AI opportunities to improve cross‑segment processes

Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance controlling processes across the segment.
What We're Looking For
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field

Bring experience in project or process management with a hands‑on approach to systems

Are familiar with HFM/SAP accounting structures and have prior controlling experience

Possess strong analytical capabilities, including advanced data analysis and PowerPoint skills

Work proactively, structured, and solution‑oriented while keeping a holistic overview

Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a dynamic environment
