As Senior Account Manager in the Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, developing, and winning business at assigned key OEM accounts in the Latin America region, meeting forecasted sales goals and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and develop OEM business at specified accounts, ensuring growth and profitability.
- Act as the primary field sales representative for Danfoss, building strong customer relationships.
- Deeply understand customers’ structure, products, and decision-making processes to align solutions.
- Coordinate all Danfoss relations with the customer to deliver a “Unique Customer Experience.”
- Lead international coordination for specified direct OEMs when required by sales management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related.
- Proven sales experience in LATAM OEM Off-Highway & On-Highway industry, with strong technical sales skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems & products.
- Strong process discipline, business acumen, and ability to grow market revenue.
- Fluent/Advanced Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills.
