We are seeking a strategic, customer‑focused Growth Account Manager to play a key role in driving our business expansion and strengthening long‑term customer partnerships. This position is responsible for developing targeted growth plans, uncovering new sales opportunities, and ensuring seamless operational alignment between our organization and our customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and relationship builder who can effectively represent the voice of the customer, coordinate cross‑functional support, and lead initiatives that align with our business goals. This role offers the opportunity to influence global account strategy, support commercial and technical engagements, and contribute directly to our continued market success.
Domestic and international travel of approximately 30% is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute targeted growth plans for customers to meet or exceed target goals and strategic objectives; identify customer applications, products, programs that present an opportunity for product sales; propose solutions to meet customer needs that are supportive of new wins that are in line with business unit goals and objectives; ensure operational alignment with customers by effectively communicating on all relevant policies and procedures; conducting periodic business reviews, obtaining and internally communicating customer forecasts and managing against goals and performance metrics; coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders (customer service, business units, SAE, PAE and SDM's, pricing and quality) to ensure high levels of support and communication to assigned customers; represent voice of customers to the organization, including effectively communicating on topics such as price proposals/changes, product changes, new product needs, performance metrics, scorecards to ensure everyone involved understands customer expectations and business metrics; develop strong relationships with customers to engage key decision makers and critical departments that in turn support the specification and purchase of our products; plan, conduct, and/or coordinate commercial and technical presentations on current and new product and their applications for customers; coordinate special marketing or growth program sales efforts as requested; develop and coordinate focused sales plans to maximize sales penetration by preparing and submitting call reports, monthly reports, action plan updates, operating plan updates, expense reports and other sales-oriented documents in a timely fashion; maintain records in an organized and accurate manner for performance analysis, follow up, and organized record keeping; utilize sales processes to uncover customer objections/concerns required to develop appropriate solutions; coordinate legal and commercial input for supply agreement negotiations; establish significant connections with key decision-makers at all levels of customer organizations; coordinate global activities related to customer account strategies (executive meetings, global pricing adjustments, contract management). 30% domestic/international travel.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
• 8 years experience with sales management processes (sales funnel management, opportunity development, value selling, forecast planning, etc.)
• 5 years experience selling products and solutions specified by OEM customers
• 5 years experience identifying and closing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets
• 4 years experience in hydraulic systems with fluid conveyance, power and motion and controls products
