As our Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and trusted across the Danfoss organization. Your work will support important business decisions and strengthen our financial foundation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You ensure high‑quality financial reporting under IFRS and local requirements, including statutory statements, tax reports, and supporting documents.
- You lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing, securing correct and complete balance sheet and profit and loss results.
- You prepare and approve journal entries and reconciliations for areas such as inventory, intercompany, fixed assets, taxes, accruals, impairments, and write‑offs.
- You support internal and external audits, provide documentation, and help resolve audit findings while strengthening our internal control framework.
- You contribute to continuous improvement, helping develop smarter, more efficient accounting and reporting processes.
What We're Looking For
- A few years professional experience in corporate full general ledger accounting or management accounting, with financial reports preparation and direct tax reporting.
- Prior experience with management/statutory financial reports preparation at similar position in a multinational company or Shared Service Centre multifunctional role.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance related is required, Masters preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting and good knowledge on taxation.
- Practical knowledge of SAP/other integrated software and advanced Excel skills; Business Intelligence, HFM would be beneficiary.
- Good written and spoken business level in English.
- Ability and willingness to lead the small, local team.
