The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating Danfoss’ global warehouse operations by shaping how SAP EWM supports our end‑to‑end business processes. Your expertise will help standardize and harmonize processes across regions, strengthening operational excellence and enabling our S/4HANA transformation.
You will influence strategic decisions, design future‑ready warehouse capabilities, and ensure that our global teams benefit from scalable, resilient, and high‑performing EWM solutions.
By continuously learning, challenging the status quo, and exploring better ways of working, you will contribute directly to Danfoss’ journey toward a smarter, data‑driven, and digitally enabled supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • A professional with 5+ years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience and at least two full-cycle implementation or rollout projects.
  • Strong functional understanding of both basic EWM processes (IM, inbound/outbound, internal movements, physical inventory) and advanced capabilities (DEWM, MFS, optimization, kitting, cross‑docking, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of SAP configuration, S/4HANA fit‑gap assessments, and warehouse solutions design.
  • Experience working with Fiori apps, Personas, BTP services, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to lead workshops, challenge existing processes constructively, and drive clarity in complex solution spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive problem‑solving mindset, and the confidence to collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • A growth‑oriented professional who is curious, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • The opportunity to work with a global team of highly skilled IT consultants using the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies.
  • A dynamic environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and ongoing skill development.
  • Exposure to global business units and the chance to influence long‑term digital transformation strategies.
  • Room to grow your career through challenging projects, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • A culture that values curiosity, openness, and a growth mindset—where your ideas and willingness to learn can have a real impact.
  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative ecosystem committed to excellence, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
