What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health of our enterprise SAP systems. You will blend deep technical expertise with a proactive, service-oriented mindset to solve complex challenges.
- Ensure the stability of our global warehouse operations by providing expert-level support and resolving SAP EWM incidents within defined SLAs.
- Partner directly with business users to understand their needs, then design and implement tailored, effective solutions that optimize their processes.
- Collaborate with delivery and design teams to configure and customize our SAP S/4HANA landscape, driving continuous improvement.
- Drive the successful adoption of new functionalities by leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing crucial post-go-live support.
- Act as a key technical mentor, sharing your expertise in EWM/WM and industry best practices to elevate the entire team's capabilities.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a seasoned SAP professional with a passion for operational excellence and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
- 4+ years of hands-on support experience in SAP EWM, with a service-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in EWM core processes, including inbound/outbound, inventory management, replenishment, and production integration.
- Proven experience with advanced warehouse solutions such as Decentralized WM (DWM), Material Flow System (MFS), cross-docking, and RF scanning.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA landscape, including Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics, and integration points with other modules.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and experience working with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
