The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Admin Infrastructure Consultant to manage, support, and optimize the Teamcenter PLM infrastructure. This role involves administering environments, configuring servers, ensuring system availability, and supporting deployments across various Teamcenter landscapes (development, test, production).

What You’ll Be Doing

· Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, supporting the PLM system including servers and databases.

· Collaborate with IT infrastructure Operation teams to ensure PLM service continuity.

· Oversee system installations, configurations, maintenance releases of various instances, and upgrades of PLM software and integrated applications.

· Resource planning for PLM infrastructure to ensure on time delivery of project and maintenance releases.

· Ensuring system health and security from various vulnerabilities.

· Manage PLM software licensing and ensure compliance.

· Implement and manage robust system performance monitoring Dynatrace tool to proactively identify potential issues for optimum performance.

· Analyze performance data, trends, and logs to diagnose system performance issues and recommend optimization actions for both infrastructure and solution team.

· Collaborate with IT and vendors to tune system parameters, database queries, application configurations, and infrastructure settings for improved performance and scalability.

· Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times, and overall system health.

· Plan and oversee manual performance testing for new releases, and major system changes.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

1. Knowledge of ITIL 4.0

2. Knowledge of Teamcenter BMIDE, ITK/SOA.

3. Knowledge of CAD and ERP Integration.

4. Teamcenter basic architectural knowledge.

5. Ability to completely install, setup, and configure complex distributed Teamcenter environments.

6. Problem solving skills and Project management capabilities.

7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

8. Thorough understanding of Windows operating system (desktop and server).
