As our Senior Corporate Brand Design Specialist, you are our design expert who inspires and empowers our entire organization to implement confidently and consistently our new Corporate Visual Identity.

We are looking for a professional with an innovative mindset, a keen eye for aesthetics, and strong collaborative skills to join our Corporate Branding & Digital team and contribute to building our distinct brand identity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own, develop, and maintain the Brand Hub, including CVI guidelines, templates, brand assets, and standards that enable scalable, high‑quality brand execution.
  • Work closely with marketing, branding and communication colleagues from all parts of the organization, agencies, and partners, providing clear design direction and ensuring brand alignment and CVI compliance.
  • Guide the organization through training, sparring, and day‑to‑day guidance to strengthen brand alignment and CVI ownership across teams.
  • Create corporate brand assets supporting high‑impact initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in corporate brand design or creative direction, with the ability to translate strategy into strong visual expression across formats and channels.
  • A curious and creative mindset with a natural talent for pushing creative boundaries.
  • A self‑driven and proactive approach, where you take ownership, bring ideas forward, and move work ahead independently while staying aligned with shared goals.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping effective ways of working with cross‑functional teams, fostering strong collaboration, alignment, and trust.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills in English, enabling you to influence, guide, and create clarity across levels and disciplines.
  • Hands‑on proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, combined with a strong eye for quality, consistency, and detail.

What you'll get from us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
