As a Senior Data Engineer/Analyst, you will shape how Semikron Danfoss uses data to improve production performance across our global manufacturing lines. Your work will enable engineers and strategists to make faster, smarter decisions powered by reliable insights.
You’ll design and build a scalable, future ready data analysis platform that becomes the backbone of how we understand and optimize our processes. Your solutions will directly influence efficiency, quality, and output across multiple production sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work on the design of a data warehouse and extract, transform, and load data.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a production environment.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, including AI and machine learning.
What We're Looking For
- Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Tech stack: Strong knowledge of C# and .NET, plus experience with data warehousing and data analysis/visualization tools.
- Analytical mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with data effectively.
- Team player: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Nice to have: Basic understanding of AI & machine learning and experience from a production environment.
