As our Senior Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our brand communications, content and user journeys across our digital platforms - turning communication briefs into compelling content that resonates with global audiences. You will play a key role in positioning the Danfoss brand across our owned and paid channels.
In this role, you will strengthen our omni-channel presence by transforming strategic briefs into meaningful content and experiences that build trust and connect with our audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute omni-channel content strategies across danfoss.com, social media, newsletters, and other key digital platforms to increase reach, engagement, and brand preference.
- Drive and support major brand campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring aligned, impactful storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
- Translate strategic briefs into clear creative concepts and digital assets (copy, visuals, video, multimedia) that capture attention and bring our brand story to life.
- Design and implement initiatives that optimize our digital brand experience, improving user journeys and making it easier for audiences to find, understand, and engage with our content.
- Safeguard and improve digital channel governance, ensuring that content and campaigns follow brand guidelines and best practices for quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing communications and/or a background in multimedia design, combined with a passion for translating briefs into compelling digital experiences and stories.
- Hands-on experience using video and design editing tools to create and refine digital content and assets.
- A creative mindset with the ability to turn complex topics or briefs into clear, compelling stories tailored to different digital channels.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and present ideas clearly and adapt messages for different audiences and stakeholders.
- Solid project and stakeholder management capabilities, enabling you to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver multiple digital initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
