Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Senior Director of Regional OEM Sales to lead our Americas team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect the Strategy: Design and execute a cutting-edge, solution-based sales strategy for our key OEM accounts, using analytics and business insights to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive Financial Success: Take full ownership of the region's financial performance. Your mission is to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals through smart, sustainable growth.
- Champion the Danfoss Value: Sharpen and embed our unique value proposition throughout the entire sales process, solidifying our position as an industry leader.
- Unite and Conquer: Build bridges and foster powerful collaboration across leadership teams and departments, creating a unified force to achieve our shared business objectives.
- Lead with Vision: Guide, mentor, and empower a top-tier team of Senior Account Managers. Inspire your team and the wider organization to rally behind a common goal.
- Innovate with Data & AI: Leverage data analysis, market insights, and your passion for AI to revolutionize our sales processes, optimize efficiency, and fuel growth.
- Cultivate a Winning Culture: Create a sustainable and motivating climate where your team feels engaged, supported, and driven to achieve their best work.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Leader: You have 15+ years of relevant experience across engineering, sales, and leadership, with at least 5 years of successfully leading virtual teams.
- Educated & Strategic: You hold a Bachelor’s degree (an Engineering degree is a strong plus), and any formal commercial training would be an asset.
- Relationship Builder: You build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Transformational & Inspiring: You have a proven ability to drive transformation, manage change, and inspire teams with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Forward-Thinking: You have a genuine passion for integrating AI and new technologies into the sales process.
- Empathetic & Driven: You lead with empathy, bringing out the best in people while maintaining a clear focus on achieving objectives.
- Ready for Action: You are able to travel up to 30% to connect with your team and customers across the region.
