As Senior Director (m/f/d) Hydronic Energy Solutions, you will shape the future of sustainable heating and cooling by leading a business that is central to Danfoss’ HydronicS growth strategy. You will take ownership of strategy, portfolio direction, and business performance for our Heavy Duty Stations and Controls & Meters product lines - turning market opportunities into scalable, customer-focused solutions.
You will play a key role in accelerating the shift from a component-focused business to integrated hydronic energy solutions, helping customers improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions across critical applications.
This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end accountability, where you will influence innovation, commercial direction, and operational excellence across international teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Define and execute the Hydronic Energy Solutions strategy to deliver profitable growth and support the 2030 ambition of €223M+ revenue• Translate market insights into solutions that strengthen portfolio competitiveness and drive customer value
• Lead an international orgaization across R&D, operations, supply chain, and product management to ensure strong execution and business performance
• Accelerate growth in strategic segments such as data centers, district heating & cooling, and smart metering
• Build and develop a high-performing organization that fosters accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
• Experience leading a business unit or large function with clear ownership of performance and results
• Strong ability to turn market and customer insights into commercial strategy and scalable solutions
• Proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence in an industrial or energy-related environment
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
• Degree in engineering, science, or a related field
