The Impact You'll Make

You will support Danfoss to buy smarter, faster, and more digitally. In this role, you turn procurement strategy into seamless no‑touch purchasing experiences that make daily work easier for thousands of users.

You will be a driving force behind SAP Ariba/MyShop, increasing catalog adoption, advancing e‑procurement activities, strengthening supplier enablement, and leveraging data for decision‑making. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive catalog‑based and no‑touch ordering in SAP Ariba to increase catalog adoption, while ensuring accurate products, pricing, and strong supplier participation.
  • Use data, user insights and analyse purchasing behaviours to improve buying behaviour, increase compliance, and support vendor consolidation decisions.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues, improve Ariba Network connections, support the OneERP transformation and ensure growth of digitalization processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and support e‑procurement activities (e.g. e‑Sourcing, e‑Auctions, SAP Business Network) to strengthen digital procurement capabilities.
  • Act as a catalog expert, trainer, and advisor, promoting preferred suppliers and compliant purchasing.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in procurement or IT, with hands‑on work in SAP Ariba (required).
  • Strong understanding of catalog management, digital buying channels, and indirect procurement processes.
  • Confidence working with data and reporting to identify opportunities and support decision‑making (Power BI is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across regions, run change initiatives, and solve problems end to end.
  • Fluent English, solid MS Office skills, and a clear interest in digital tools and continuous improvement.

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
